Although hiring a wedding planner was my mother-in-laws idea, I really don't know HOW IN THE WORLD we could have pulled off such an amazing event without them!!! Andrea and Clarence were SO awesome! They truly did go above and beyond to make our day special and memorable. My husband & I had to simply enjoy ourselves and the day... Andrea and Clarence took care of everything else.


They got a caterer for us with MUCH more food (that was simply delicious) then we expected and WITHIN our budget. They did a wonderful job organizing and decorating our hall with the small budget we had.

We let them know what we wanted at our wedding and we got it. I'm far from a picky bride, but I couldn't have imagined a MORE PERFECT day!! If we asked for something, they did what they could to work it in. For ANYONE out there wondering if they should get a planner or not.....GET ONE! If we didn't have Andrea and Clarence there for us...our day would NOT have been as wonderful and as memorable as it was. THANKS ANDREA & CLARENCE FOR EVERYTHING.

Andrea and Clarence from CCAA Events truly showed they know what they are doing. Technical problems delayed a slide-show the uncle of the bride had prepared, so Andrea and Clarence quickly reacted and moved things around. This way I was able to get all the shots the couple had requested, and still stay in the timeframe that was agreed upon. CCAA Events planned my son's Super 14th birthday party.  They were instrumental in helping me pick the venue, food, beverages and DJ.  Andrea was on-site to oversee the set-up and made sure everything was ready to go when the first guest arrived.  She even took it upon herself to stay until my family got there (which she did not have to do).  The best part of all...CCAA put everything together and came in (way) under budget!  I will definitely use them again for other events!

Creative Concepts and Advancements planned my 39th birthday party and it was fabulous!  I'm a true diva and they made sure I got the princess treatment I wanted!  I didn't have to worry about anything.  Clarence negotiated the room rental, food, drinks AND entertainment.  He even worked it out so that my husband could come in early and decorate.  All my girlfriends and I had to do was show up.  CCAA took it a step further by making sure we had a private host for the night, by checking in on me and my guests frequently, and by taking plenty of pictures for my scrapbook!  If you're planning a party, CCAA is the one-stop-shop!
